The app even allows you to analyze your consumption pattern over the last 12 months. This feature provides valuable insights into your energy usage habits. Additionally, you can view the payment history of your last 10 transactions.

If you encounter any issues or have any concerns, the app allows you to register complaints directly from your mobile device. You'll also receive updates on the status of your complaint or any new service applications you've submitted.
